A thorough health intake will be completed followed by a full reflexology session.
Based on our health intake findings, we can choose between a full foot session, or mixed modalities, ear and foot, plus ear seeding if needed.
Session time ranges from 75-90 minutes.
A FULL ARICULAR THERAPY SESSION + EAR SEEDING
EAR REFLEXOLOGY $75
A complete ear reflexology session allows time for a complete ear inspection, an auricular therapy session, plus ear seeding when indicated.
The ears show us imbalances in the body in real time which allows us to find if ear seeding is needed.
Session time ranges from 30-45 minutes.
A FULL FOOT REFLEXOLOGY SESSION

A full foot reflexology session. Choose between Western Reflexology or Thai Reflexology. We begin the session with deep relaxation techniques applied to the feet. Deeper relaxation techniques can help achieve optimal results.
The reflexes on the feet are then worked three times each with extra attention given to tender areas as needed.
Session time ranges from 45-60 minutes.

For clients wanting to achieve faster results, hand reflexology is an incredible tool to restore the body and mind.
The session begins with relaxation techniques applied to the hands. The reflexes on the hands are then worked three times with extra attention given to tender areas as needed.
Session time ranges from 45-60 minutes.

COUPLES FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Indulge in a full one hour foot reflexology session with your spouse, partner or friend. Two certified reflexologist will work side by side for this fun and relaxing treatment.
We recommend booking two weeks in advance when possible to allow scheduling of two certified reflexologist.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE
$75
If you're looking for a deep relaxing foot massage, Thai foot massage may be right for you. These sessions are completed on a mat on the floor and may not be appropriate for people with limited mobility.
Thai foot massage is based on energy lines and body weight is used by the practitioner for maximum pressure on the feet during the session.
Our Thai foot massage session is 45 minutes in length.
