ALL ABOUT ME

I am a Certified Reflexology Therapist trained in both foot, hand and ear reflexology and am a member in good standing with The Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. I have a passion for helping people and am committed to working closely with my clients through an in depth health evaluation process, to determine what course of treatment will work best for them. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space to ensure my clients feel safe and always feel heard.

My training is through the internationally acclaimed Canadian Reflexology School located in Victoria. I initially received my certification in foot reflexology after completing a one year training program followed by a 75 hour practicum. While completing the practical experience required for the foot reflexology program, I enrolled in the auricular therapy program, also known as ear reflexology. I also have certification in hand reflexology, Thai reflexology and Thai foot massage.

When not in my office you'll find me with my husband, kids and cats or on stage playing bass with my bands Mama Wheelie and High Voltage!
